According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the goods have not been used or spoiled.

Terms of exchange / return of goods:

• the product has not been used
• its presentation and consumer properties have been preserved
• complete set
• package integrity (tear or absence of thermal film is allowed)

The rights of consumers when purchasing a product of appropriate quality:

• Exchange the product of proper quality for a similar one, if the purchased product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose;
• Purchase any other products from the available assortment with the appropriate recalculation of the cost, if there is no similar product;
• Exchange the product for a similar one at the first entry of the corresponding product into sale;
• Receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned product.

The rights of consumers when purchasing goods of inadequate quality:

If the consumer discovers defects in the goods and requests a replacement, the seller is obliged to replace such goods within seven days from the date of the consumer’s request. Or refund the cost of the product on the date of purchase.

    Settlements with the consumer are made based on the cost of the goods at the time of purchase. The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the same day, if it is impossible to return the money on the same day – at another time agreed upon by the parties, but no later than within seven days.

Important! When returning or exchanging goods of appropriate quality, the buyer pays for the third-party services (delivery services, bank commissions) at his own expense.
